Step 1: Follow the instructions provided with your system to make sure you have properly closed and sealed the system using all materials provided.
You don't have to request a pickup to have your system picked up. You can simply give your system to your regular carrier (USPS/UPS depending on the shipping label) if they regularly deliver packages to your facility.

Step 2: Fill in form and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail within 24 hours detailing the date and time that your pickup is scheduled. If further details are needed for your request, a support representative will follow up with you shortly.
