Return Policy 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to PureWay for a full refund, credit, or exchange within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase.  Requests beyond ninety (30) days will not be accepted.

Please email customer service at support@pureway.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and send your return to the following address:

Return shipping will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

 

Refunds

Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take up to 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed successfully.

 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used Products
  • Expired Products
